               Yes , this is one among the very powerful characters ever created by dragon ball series creators , called the the name  whis  this character serves another being called beerus , yes the god of destruction  and he carries a title of an angel ,whis is refered to be the teacher of beerus and his care taker , whom he addresses as lord beerus 

               Whis is a very gentle personality yet deadly , the limits of his powers are not yet disclosed by the creators but at certain stages he is seen to control time , the amount of time he can control is 3 minutes , whis is definitely a lot , other than this whis is also a food lover .

he angel seems to enjoy earthly foods a lot , and packs a bunch of food everytime he travels to earth as described in the comics , the angel is a master martial artist and has appeared to teach vegeta and goku attain their power limits which they currently possess
